3.1. Eligibility: Renters must hold a valid driving license for a minimum specified period (e.g., 1 or 2 years), meet the minimum age requirement (e.g., 21 or 25 years old), and possess a valid form of identification and a credit card in their name. Specific requirements may vary by vehicle type.
3.2. Vehicle Condition: The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted. Any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period will be the renter's responsibility.
3.3. Insurance: All rental cars are provided with comprehensive insurance. However, an excess amount may apply in the event of damage or theft, for which the renter is liable. Optional waivers to reduce or eliminate this excess may be available at an additional cost.
3.4. Fuel Policy: Vehicles are typically supplied with a certain amount of fuel and should be returned with the same amount. Alternatively, a pre-purchase fuel option or a refuelling charge may apply.
3.5. Mileage: Rental cars generally come with unlimited mileage for use across Malta and Gozo, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.6. Booking Amendments/Cancellations: Specific terms regarding charges for amendments or cancellations of car rental bookings will apply and will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request.
4.1. Service Scope: Our taxi and minibus services provide private transportation for individuals and groups within Gozo and for transfers between Gozo and Malta.
4.2. Booking: All taxi and minibus services must be pre-booked. While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.
4.3. Pricing: Fares for taxi and minibus services are agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops not pre-arranged, or significant deviations from the agreed route.
4.4. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Eagle Garage will take reasonable care of luggage but accepts no liability for loss or damage.
4.5. Cancellations: Cancellation policies for taxi and minibus services will be communicated upon booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
5.1. Service Route: Airport transfer services connect Malta International Airport (MLA) and/or the Gozo ferry terminal (Mgarr Harbour) with your accommodation in Gozo.
5.2. Transfer Types: * Split Transfer: Involves transfer from Malta Airport to the Cirkewwa ferry terminal, ferry crossing as a foot passenger, and a separate pickup at Mgarr Harbour to your final Gozo destination. * Direct Transfer: Provides seamless transfer from Malta Airport directly to your Gozo accommodation, including the ferry crossing with the vehicle.
5.3. Meeting Points: Clear instructions for meeting points at the airport or ferry terminals will be provided upon booking confirmation.
5.4. Flight Delays/Changes: It is the client's responsibility to inform Eagle Garage of any flight delays or changes as soon as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.
5.5. Waiting Time: A reasonable amount of waiting time for flight arrivals is included. Excessive waiting time due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of communication from the client may incur additional charges.
5.6. Cancellations: Cancellation policies for airport transfers will be communicated upon booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
6.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: Eagle Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6.3. Amendments to Terms: Eagle Garage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website and services will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
